This stylish Driveway Alarm system has an impressive working range of 400 meters and is perfect for short/medium range applications requiring PIR detection. Simply mount the PIR which is powered by a standard 9 volt PP3 battery, mount the receiver and plug it into a 13-amp socket.
Fully waterproof adjustable PIR to suit all applications. The detection range of the PIR can be up to 14 meters depending on the settings.

Additional transmitters and receivers are available to suit all applications, some customers have three or four detectors and one receiver, some have one detector and two receivers, as it  can suit all applications. The unique mounting system allows sensor to be located behind post or tree for hidden applications and the exclusive sensor eye allows invisible beam to be adjusted to a very narrow pattern for driveway and perimeter applications.

We offer a wide range of compatible sensors to work with the RCTD-400 such as additional PIR's, external / internal sirens / additional reciever , repeater (to extend range), Xenon beacon.

Living out in the sticks of Northamptonshire, we have I really had piece of mind from having the Wireless RCTD-400 to alert us when there is movement in my two driveways( we added additional PIR). I have to turn it off, however, when the weather conditions are windy! It is sensitive enough to pick up blowing leaves! Wildlife can set it off, as well. I know when a squirrel, deer crosses the path of the one in the farthest on the driveway.

We bought cheap originally BUT continuous false alarms led us to find out Optex is the number 1 sensor company!

I highly recommend this system and its kept the pikies away!!
