This kit can be used with an existing Dakota 2500E system or as a standalone / new system.The probe uses a wireless, long distance transmitter meaning that the coverage around a property (the area of effect of receiver) is extensive with a recorded range of up to half a mile (this varies based on local environmental factors)
Reduce the number of potential false alarms triggered by animals and wildlife with the Dakota Probe kit - The probe is designed to be buried beneath the grass surface running parralel with a drive or roadway leading into a property.
It responds to the movement of metal so will not trigger if widlife is nearby - it can also be fitted near to a large steel gate and will trigger if the gate is opened.
There is no limit to how many probes can be added to a Dakota system!
